Hypnosis and Meditation Class

Wednesdays at 6:00pm to 7:10pm

Every Wednesday evening at Anahat Meditation Center we hold free classes on Hypnosis and Meditation followed by A Course in Miracles Study Group. There is no need to have attended previous classes and beginner as well as advanced students are welcome to attend.

These hypnosis and meditation sessions are never planned. Its highest intention is always to gently guide participants into very deep and profound states of peace and inner stillness. Intsruction in meditation and a universal spirituality is interspersed through many styles of meditation from the world's great religions, spiritual paths and wisdom traditions.
