Raising the Standards of Hypnotherapy

Krissy Moses, CHT, LMT

 

Krissy Moses, CHt #311-080 is a Clinical Hypnotherapist through the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners and the Florida Institute of Hypnotherapy and is a State-Licensed Massage Therapist. After years of private practice as a massage therapist and opening Gifted Touch, her own massage business in 2007, Krissy felt she needed to add something to enable her to help her clients more.  With advanced training in Craniosacral Therapy and seeing how many physical restrictions and limitations have an emotional component, Krissy realized Hypnotherapy would be the perfect adjunct to her practice in order to help her clients both physically and emotionally.


Now, as a practicing Hypnotherapist and Massage Therapist, Krissy can help clients on many different levels. Krissy has also been an instructor at a local massage school for over 4 years and she uses her training in Hypnotherapy and NLP to allow her to better communicate with her students to help them become better therapists. 


Krissy has a passion for life and human potential and thrives on being active.  As a result of this passion and personal drive, she has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, has run 3 marathons including the Boston marathon and continues to push herself physically whether it is in kickboxing class, on the soccer field or on her yoga mat.  In her own words, “I believe far too many of us live way below our potential and settle for less, and it is my goal to excel in all that I do, and help others do the same.   I challenge myself in all aspects of my life and believe that through example and continued learning and personal growth, I can inspire and motivate others to be all they can be too.  I am passionate about Hypnotherapy as I see the results in my office… it allows me to help others access the power of their mind to improve their lives.”


Krissy operates her private practice in Winter Park, Florida and with her passion for teaching is a guest lecturer and supervisor at the Florida Institute of Hypnotherapy.
