A CARING APPROACH TO TODAY'S PROBLEMS

Everything valuable comes from within...

Everyone has the ability to become healthy and stay healthy . It may sound too simple but we all have the foundation to incorporate our mind and body into a state of wellness. We are all born fine, then we are defined, then we must be refined. We all absorb limiting belief systems, as children, into our minds. We tend to hold the negative beliefs into the forefront of our thoughts. Beliefs such as being not good enough, unlovable, too skinny, too fat, not smart enough - the list is endless as we all know. These beliefs can actually cause a physiological change in our bodies if we hold onto them long enough causing anxiety, fear, guilt, sadness, anger, pain, negative behaviors, postural changes and many more limiting health factors. When we have had enough suffering or dis-ease we tend to look outside of ourselves for answers or quick fixes. The greatest news is that the truth and the miracles are all within us - we just have to be ready and willing to allow our inner physician to heal us.

We all want to be happy and at peace and to be loved and to help to rid ourselves of those negative beliefs.

Hypnotherapy utilizes techniques to generate a state of deep relaxation where the conscious mind is quieted and peaceful allowing heightened receptivity to positive suggestions and affirmations and accessibility to our subconscious mind unlocking our inner wisdom to reframe our true potential that we were born with.

Hypnotherapy is a natural, safe, yet altered state of mind similar to day dreaming. The client is always in control and you always remember the session. Suggestions are not outside the client's personal belief systems, whereby only allowing your perfect mind to do it's perfect work.

Life is short. We all deserve a healthier state of mind, body and spirit. Hypnotherapy will show you how to move past your negative habits and move on towards a more rewarding, healthier and satisfying life.

The American Medical Association in 1958 accepted hypnosis as an adjunct to traditional medicine. At that time it was suggested that physicians choosing to incorporate hypnosis into their practice should have a minimum of 144 hours of training. The AMA established a committee to study the contraindications that could result from the use of hypnosis by physicians. After three years of research it was decided to dissolve the committee, since there were no reported side effects.

During the past 30 years I have dedicated my life to finding meaningful paths in assisting myself and others to become educated in the healing process. My professional background entails: surgical intensive care nursing, diagnostic nursing in urology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, and oncology research. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist specializing in dental phobic patients and temporal joint syndromes (TMJ). I owned and operated a successful massage therapy practice for eight years focusing on pain management. I am a certified nutritional counselor concentrating on healthier eating habits and offering methods for flexibility and strength. I am a graduate of Florida's first official licensed Hypnotherapy Institute consisting of over 400 hours of intense training.

Amazing results have been seen with the following:

The birthing process, anger release, weight reduction, smoking, stress management, dental anxiety, pain management, insomnia, self esteem, assertiveness training, procrastination, test or exam phobias. Anything the mind affects, hypnotherapy can benefit. Call for a free consultation to determine whether we can work together as a team.
