Raising the Standards of Hypnotherapy

Christine Bergstrom, CIHt

Director of Student Services, Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy

Christine Bergstrom is a Florida native and currently lives in Largo, Florida, though half of her heart lives in the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains of North Carolina, where she loves to visit. She is married and has three amazing children. She loves all things nature, yoga, cooking, learning, and making memories with her loved ones.

Her life experiences have shaped her into the person she is today. Almost any issue she can help with, she has personally been affected by or experienced in her own life. It is her firm belief that the most beautiful growth and expansion can happen out of life’s hardships. She is on a never-ending journey of learning and growing, adjusting, and changing. During her own training at the school, Christine experienced a profound spiritual awakening that drastically changed her life. Her perception of herself, others and the world changed for the better, forever. Since then, she has been passionate about helping others. She is realizing her life’s mission in guiding others on their own transformational journey.

Christine practices out of her private office in Largo. She is also a supervisor with IIH. She is a Certified NLP practitioner, Clinical, Transpersonal, and Interpersonal Hypnotherapist with well over 500 hours of training from The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy. She is a proud member of the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists. She is also a graduate of St. Petersburg College, having earned an Associate in Arts degree with a strong focus on Psychology, and a Certificate in Addiction Studies. Her thirst for both knowledge and spiritual growth has her always yearning and learning, so there will certainly be more to come!
