Raising the Standards of Hypnotherapy

Peter Arizu, MA, CCHt

The purpose of Mind Fitness is exercising the mind and achieving peace of mind. We can all appreciate the need for exercise in order to maintain physical fitness, likewise, Mind Fitness requires that we exercise our mind through the power of our attention.

In the workshops, Peter Arizu engages in conversations with the participants about the nature of the mind, which includes our attitudes, our thinking and our feelings so that we can appreciate the influence that we can and do have over our mind and body. We learn how to influence our mind in positive ways by becoming conscious of habits, pre-programmed patterns and behaviors. The participants explore the creative and healing effects of their own loving attention and imagination. Peter demonstrates Mind Fitness techniques and exercises that have a positive effect on our attitudes, thinking, and feelings.

Some of the topics addressed in Mind Fitness are:

Stress Reduction, Grieving, Positive and Negative Habits, Memory, Concentration, Sleep, Relaxation, and Peace of Mind.
